Short articles, describing interesting new research results, are welcome. These articles should be between two and six pages long.
Book reviews, summaries or scribe notes of conferences/workshops that you have attended are also welcome.
We will continue to publish project descriptions in future Bulletins in approximately the order received. If you would like to have your project description included, send your description via electronic mail to the editor. Please try to mimic the format of the project descriptions included in this and previous issues. Include the principle investigators, graduate students, staff, and their electronic mail addresses. If reprints or technical reports are available, describe how they can be obtained.
Membership in the Technical Committee on Operating Systems is open to individuals who demonstrate a willingness to actively participate in the various activities of the TC.
Subscription modifications should be done by submitting a revised Technical Committee Membership Application, available from the editor, or periodically included in the Bulletin as space permits. An electronic membership application form is also available on line. Click here to apply.
